Refund Policy

At KAIROKEN, we stand behind the quality of our archive. Please review our guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, all sales are considered final and cannot be refunded.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original resalable condition.

  • Packaging: Must include original packaging and all tags attached.

  • Hygiene: Free from any scents (perfume, smoke), stains, or signs of wear.

  • Note: If an item arrives in poor condition, the return will be denied.



Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

To maintain our limited release model, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Limited Drop collections.

  • Size Selection: We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size charts before purchasing.



How to Start a Return

To initiate a request, contact us at support@kairoken.com with:

  1. Order Number

  2. Item Name

  3. Reason for Return/Exchange

  4. (If defective) Clear photos of the issue.



Return Shipping

  • Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. KAIROKEN is not responsible for returns lost in transit without a valid tracking number or proof of shipment.

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect), we will cover the costs. Please report defects within 7 days of delivery.



Refund & Exchange Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Exchanges: Processed and shipped within 7 business days after we receive your return.



Order Cancellations

We can process cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
